Thoughts are just thoughts.
Thoughts that are thought over and over again become beliefs.
Beliefs about yourself, the world, other people.
Your beliefs drive so much of what you do that you probably don’t even realize it. If the thoughts you’ve had about yourself, created beliefs you have about yourself, and those beliefs are running in the background, coloring everything you do, think and feel, then it’s probably a good idea to take a look at which ones are holding you back.
Because some of those beliefs are not true, they’re lies, and they’re keeping you from being able to have, be and do whatever you want.
